Welcome to DitDigitalLabs. By using our website or services, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept them clear, fair, and simple — just like our work.
1. Services We Provide
DitDigitalLabs offers custom web development, app & MVP creation, AI automation, chatbots, and ethical tech consulting. Each project includes a clear written scope, timeline, and deliverables defined in your project agreement.
2. Project Scope & Communication
Every project starts with an approved proposal or signed contract. Scope changes may affect cost or delivery dates, and we’ll always confirm adjustments in writing. You agree to provide timely feedback and any materials needed to keep your project on schedule.
3. Payments
- Projects under $15K: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
- Projects over $15K: 30% upfront, 30% at midpoint, 40% upon completion
- Monthly retainers: billed on the 1st of each month
Payments are accepted via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer. Work may pause if invoices remain unpaid for more than 7 days. Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of your website, app, and assets once your final payment is complete. DitDigitalLabs does not claim rights to your content or brand materials.
We retain ownership of internal tools, reusable components, and code libraries developed prior to or outside your project. You receive a perpetual license to use any such tools included in your build.
5. Refunds
If DitDigitalLabs fails to deliver work as outlined in your agreement, refunds may be issued for uncompleted milestones. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days. Our goal is always resolution before refunds.
6. Support & Maintenance
- 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and small adjustments
- After 30 days, ongoing support is available through retainers
- We respond to standard support requests within 2–3 business days
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during projects. Portfolio use of non-sensitive public work is permitted unless an NDA restricts it.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
We guarantee that deliverables will meet agreed specifications and be free from known defects at delivery. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased traffic or sales.
All services are provided “as-is” once outside the post-launch support period.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses such as lost revenue or data.
10. Termination
Either party may end the project with written notice. You’ll only be charged for work completed up to that date. Ownership transfers only for paid deliverables.
11. Dispute Resolution
We prefer resolution through open communication. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt mediation before considering legal action. All agreements are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea unless otherwise stated in your contract.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control — including natural disasters, internet outages, or major platform disruptions.
13. Updates
We may revise these terms periodically. Any updates will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
